Delivery & Returns
We accept many different types of payment, including Visa (credit/debit), Mastercard (credit/debit), Maestro and American Express. We also accept paypal. When we attend fairs and markets, we accept cash or card payments (including Amex), via izettle.
When you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with an order number, and we aim to dispatch your goods within 24 hours. At particularly busy periods, (such as Christmas), this may take up to 72 hours. Judefish is a small business, and therefore there will be times when we are on holiday. If this is the case, there will be a notice on our website to let you know this.
Orders received over the weekend, or after midday on Friday) will be dispatched the following Monday.
Orders placed using Standard Delivery to UK mainland addresses are sent by Second Class Royal Mail or with Hermes courier company. Your order should arrive within 2 – 5 working days of dispatch.
We cannot deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses, or the Republic of Ireland.
Our standard delivery charges to mainland UK are as follows:-
Standard delivery: £3.95
Courier delivery: £4.95
Delivery is free for orders over £49.95
We try as much as possible to send items within our Standard Delivery Charges, using Royal Mail, but if an order is fragile or oversized, we will send by Hermes courier services, which are very reasonably priced. We do not make any profit on delivery charges and aim to keep these charges as low as possible.
We are sure you will be delighted with your purchases. However we will exchange or refund any item, as long as the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging intact within 7 days of receipt.
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
If you return an item please ask for proof of postage from your post office. The delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.
We suggest goods are returned by registered post as we cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit.
